Following on from my last update about our post-Badminton stock levels, I wanted to open up the doors a bit further and share exactly what else has been happening behind the scenes here at AV Edge.
We have just completed a massive operational shift, moving our entire stockholding and fulfilment location. This relocation ensures we can hold much larger stock levels to support you better here in the UK, while also setting us up to handle bulk exports for our growing international distributor network.

Our Growing Global Community
We are incredibly proud to see our frequency technology expanding across borders. We are already working exclusively with Ruitershop in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as White’s Agri in Ireland.
Plus, we are currently soft-launching AV Edge USA, operated by Debbie Straker at Straker Business Holdings LLC - S. Debbie and I have spent the last 9 months testing products, gathering raw feedback, and building a genuine business friendship. I completely trust her to support and build our new US community, and we will be sharing an official announcement down the line so you can all get to know her better.
My "Red Line"
But this global growth brings me to what I call my "Red Line." No matter how big AV Edge gets, I refuse to compromise on personal customer care. I refuse to stop my personal follow-up routine. Every single new customer will always get an email directly from me at:
- Week 1 (sizing check)
- Week 2 (usage advice)
- 2 months (milestone check)
- Plus, every customer will receive my disc check email from my keyboard every 12 months to ensure your technology is running optimally.
Note: You will also get an email at 40 days for feedback, but that one is an automated prompt from Judge.me.
