The AV Edge Performance Tests: Experience the Physics of Stability & Strength

At AV Edge, we believe the best way to understand our EF Technology (frequencies, not magnets) is to experience it firsthand. While the results often feel like "magic," they are actually a window into the biological physics of the human body.

Integrity in Testing

To ensure total credibility, it is vital that these tests are performed with complete integrity. We do not use "tricks" or manipulation. The goal is for the person being tested to genuinely feel the shift in their own neuromuscular stability and strength. When performed correctly, the technology speaks for itself.

The Science Behind the Stability

While these demonstrations serve as an accessible entry point, AV Edge is supported by triple-validated data that sets us apart:

  • Rouleaux research: Internal observations indicating potential unclumping of red blood cells.
  • ATP water research: Internal testing suggesting frequencies may stimulate ATP production in water.
  • Dr Mark Bull Study: A PhD study indicating increases in pelvic/thorax acceleration and club head speed in golfers. Note: This study does not use AV Edge products.

Before You Begin

These tests involve physical activity and should only be performed if you are physically able to do so safely. If you have a medical condition, current or recent injury, have recently undergone surgery, experience pain, dizziness, balance problems or other symptoms during physical activity, or are unsure whether testing is appropriate for you, seek advice from your doctor or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or feel unwell.

Important: These tests are intended solely as demonstrations of physical performance. They are not medical assessments and should not be used to diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition.

If performing the tests on someone else: The person conducting the test should take reasonable responsibility for screening the participant before testing. Establish whether they have any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, mobility or balance limitations, or other factors that could make the test unsuitable. Do not proceed if you are unsure whether the test is appropriate, and seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

Never encourage or pressure someone to perform a test if they are unwilling, uncomfortable or unsure about participating.

Test 1: The Balance / Stability Test

Safety: Perform this test in a clear, safe area where you can steady yourself if you lose your balance. If you have significant balance problems, a history of falls, dizziness, or a current injury, seek appropriate professional advice before performing this test.

Watch our step-by-step video guide below to see how to perform the Balance Test correctly:

Steps to Conduct the Balance Test:

1. The Setup:

  • Ask the person to stand up straight with their feet together.
  • Ask them to extend their arms straight out to the sides like a cross.

2. The "Baseline" Resistance (Feet Down):

  • Place your hand on top of one of their wrists (Crucial: Press directly on top of the wrist to avoid manipulation).
  • Ask them to resist as you push straight down toward the floor. This establishes their natural strength and baseline baseline resistance.

3. The "Unprotected" Balance Test (One Foot Up):

  • Ask them to lift the leg on the same side as the wrist you are testing.
  • Once they are steady, push down on their wrist again with equal force.
  • The Typical Result: Without the technology, people lose their balance and are forced to drop their foot.

4. The "Protected" Test (With AV Edge):

  • Ask them to hold an AV Edge wristband in their opposite hand (or put it on their wrist).
  • Repeat the exact same process: Foot up, arms out, and push down on the wrist with identical force.
  • The Typical Result: People often report an immediate improvement in their balance, allowing them to resist the downward pressure for longer before tipping over.

Test 2: The Strength Test

Safety: This test involves applying resistance against external force. Do not perform the test if you have a current injury affecting your hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, neck or trunk, or if resistance testing is not appropriate for your current physical condition. Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.

Watch our step-by-step video guide below to see how to perform the Strength Test correctly (Note: This test can be conducted in any order—without the band first, or with the band first):

Steps to Conduct the Strength Test:

1. The Setup:

  • Ask the person to stand up straight with their feet together.

2. The "Unprotected" Strength Test:

  • Place your fist into the palm of their extended hand.
  • Explain that you are going to push downward and ask them to resist your pressure.
  • Push straight down.
  • The Typical Result: Without the wristband, they will eventually lean over toward you, their shoulders will tilt, and their core loses balance.

3. The "Protected" Strength Test (With AV Edge):

  • Ask them to hold an AV Edge wristband in their other hand, place it in a pocket, or wear it.
  • Repeat the test by placing your fist in their palm and pushing down with the same force.
  • The Typical Result: People frequently notice an increase in strength. They are often able to more easily resist the downward pressure, keeping their shoulders level and their core locked firm.

Understanding "How" It Works

The Tuning Fork Principle

Just as a mobile phone signal can interfere with a hotel key card, the "Digital Noise" from our modern environment (Wi-Fi, 5G, electrical cables) may interfere with our body’s internal electrical messages.

Because the human heart and brain operate on electrical signals, we are susceptible to this environmental interference. Our EF Technology discs are programmed with specific, health-promoting frequencies. Your body's own energy field interacts with these frequencies, helping to recalibrate your system to function as nature intended.

Placebo-Free Proof

Some of the most compelling support for AV Edge technology comes from animals. Horses and dogs cannot experience a placebo effect:

  • Equine: Our patches may help horses manage "Spooky Corners" (areas of high electrical interference in arenas) and improve focus.
  • Canine: Owners of senior dogs frequently report a return to mobility, playfulness, and ease of movement within days of applying a collar patch.

The 12-Month Maintenance Protocol

Because this is EF Technology, the frequencies embedded within the discs are gradually utilized over time as they filter biological noise. Those using the technology for ongoing wellness support—like Para equestrian Vicki Hoban—often find they prefer to refresh their products regularly to maintain peak performance and optimal support.
