Q: Do I need to wear the band tight?

A: No, because the technology utilises frequencies rather than magnets, you do not need to wear the wristband tight. Wearing the band snug, comfortable, or loose allows moisture to dry more easily and enables oils to be naturally washed away while showering or swimming, making it comfortable for 24/7 wear.

Q: Does the wristband need to be worn on the wrist, or can I wear it on my ankle?

A: You do not have to wear the wristband on your wrist; it can be worn around your ankle or even kept close to your body in a trouser pocket. The only practical consideration is choosing a large enough size so it slides over your foot without overstretching or snapping the band.

A: Children have worn AV Edge wristbands with great success. The smallest size currently available is the AV Edge Legend White/Black in a 6" band size for 5.5” wrists. Please keep in mind that younger children will often play with and break the wristband, and our 6-month manufacturer warranty does not cover this type of damage.

Q: Why might my wristband cause skin irritation or a rash, and how do I prevent it?

A: Skin irritation ("strap rash") often happens when wearing the wristband too tightly traps sweat, water, or moisture against the skin. AV Edge wristbands can be worn slightly loose for airflow. Use the size finder information on the product page to match your exact wrist measurement. Alternatively, our wristbands are made from medical-grade silicone so you should not wear them if you have a sensitivity to silicone.

Q: What materials do they contain?

A: Our wristbands are crafted from medical-grade silicone that is cadmium-free and PFAS-free, eliminating harmful chemicals found in some standard rubber straps.

Q: How soon will I notice a difference?

I have found my sleep has really improved since wearing the wristband , I also had a few niggly aches and pains and these have lessened and some no longer exist. I was also on a boat lately and used to normally get a bit queasy but not a bother on this time and Im putting it down to the wristband

Love this product but I would like the larger 9” bands to be introduced as this one is too tight. It still works though

The stiff and swollen joints I have had in both hands in the last 6 months or more have eased. Not back to normal, as I don’t think this will ever happen due to my age and the hard physical work I have done over the years. I feel I’m sleeping better as I experience less throbbing in my hands. I’m an amateur horse rider and I also feel my balance and coordination has improved.

Having suffered with pain in my right hand and wrist for years I thought I'd try the bracelet.
Been wearing it for a few weeks now and there's a definite improvement! My wrist pain is massively reduced and this is the only thing I've changed recently. I do feel calmer and can focus a lot easier than before. Ive just bought one for my partner too so we'll see how he gets on with it.

I've worn this wristband now for several months and have definitely noticed a benefit in terms of the quality of my sleep.

Very sceptical at first, but have been using the wristband for a couple of years now. I suffer with vertigo from menieres. Also deaf in right ear so balance issues. Since wearing the wristband I'm not as unbalanced and clumsy. I can tell when it needs replacing as I veer to one side and feel unbalanced. I can highly recommend for any balance issues.

You don't make my size which is Eight and half inch wrist , but you can make any size for dogs and horses.

It's a shame to receive a 2-star review regarding a size option we don't currently stock, rather than about the technology itself - especially since you mentioned in your email how much it has helped you. I've used a similar wristband for a good few years now, I think the AV Edge is my 4th wristband, but first AV Edge. I struggle with hip pain which has been affecting my sleep. I bought my new wristband as the strap on my old broke. Thinking about it, it was probably over 2 years old. Well, a month later and I'm sleeping all night, without waking in pain. I'll be more aware in future and change the wristband yearly, as recommended.

Great product. Suffered with knee pain before using this product, I do seem to recover quicker from strains or pains as well. Have tried a period without the wristband and the pains and strains return. Can’t complement enough.
