Shipping policy
Need to change your order before we ship? Please click "Contact" in the bottom left of the website and send a message before 2:00 p.m. on the day of fulfilment so we have enough time to make changes.
Orders and Dispatch:
- Orders received Monday to Friday before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 15:00 Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received after 15:00 on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
United Kingdom Orders:
- We offer free UK postage for Wristbands, Protect Filters, Horse Patches, and Dog Patches.
- Free UK postage uses “Royal Mail 48” for delivery within 2 to 3 days (business days only).
- You can upgrade at checkout to premium postage using “Royal Mail Tracked 24” for next day delivery (business days only) at £5.99.
International orders:
You can order from our website if you are outside the UK. Orders are dispatched using “Royal Mail International Tracked” at £10.99.
