Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Monday to Friday (Before 14:00): Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are dispatched on the same business day.
  • Friday (After 14:00) & Weekends: Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday or during the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
  • UK Bank Holidays: Orders are not dispatched on UK Bank Holidays and will be processed on the next business day.

UK Delivery Options

  • We are the official home of AV Edge. We currently only ship to customers-based in the united kingdom.
  • Free UK Shipping (RM Tracked 48): Delivered within 2 to 3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Note about orders: In-person order collection is not available, because our public address is a postbox, and our stock is held at a different location.

How to access detailed Royal Mail tracking or update options:

  1. Log in to your account and click your Royal Mail delivery tracking link.
  2. On the Royal Mail tracking page, click "Get more details" to view the full tracking history.
  3. Depending on your parcel’s progress, you may see an option to "Update delivery options" (e.g., safe place, redelivery, or local pickup).
  4. Need Help? On the Royal Mail page, scroll down to the "Need Help?" section or click "Tracking Assistant" for automated support.
