I’m sitting directly at my desk to write this, and to be completely honest with you, I’m feeling a powerful mix of immense gratitude and genuine embarrassment.
We recently returned from our first-ever appearance at the Badminton Horse Trials, and to put it simply, we were completely caught out by the incredible response.

The "Thank You"
Our time at Badminton was nothing short of awesome 😎. Meeting hundreds of you in person, demonstrating our 30-second balance tests, and watching people experience an immediate shift when introduced to our Latest Generation EF Technology was incredibly rewarding.
We loved connecting with riders, trainers, and an incredibly surprising number of farriers who were all searching for real, drug-free solutions for pain, sleep quality, daily energy, and animal mobility.
But That Brings Me to the "Sorry..."
To put it bluntly, we completely underestimated the sheer volume of demand. Because so many visitors bought multiple items right at the show to take home to their families, friends, and stables, our warehouse inventory has taken a massive hit.
As of today, we are experiencing temporary stock shortages across several core lines:
- Legend Noir (7.5-inch): Low stock levels.
- Legend Noir (8-inch): Temporarily out of stock.
- Legend White/Black (8-inch): Low stock levels.
- Dog Collar Patches: Low stock levels.
- Horse Bridle/Collar Patches: Low stock levels.
Because our frequency-programming and manufacturing process requires a strict, uncompromising lead time, we cannot simply press a button to magically restock the shelves tomorrow (as much as I wish I could).
Why We Refuse to Find a "Faster Factory"
I have already been asked by a few partners why we don’t just source a faster, high-volume manufacturing plant. The answer is simple: we refuse to compromise. Every single product we produce undergoes a strict, multi-stage quality control process. This is only possible because we have spent years cultivating excellent relationships built on experience and trust with everyone throughout our supply chain. It is because of this absolute refusal to cut corners that we proudly maintain a track record of virtually zero genuine manufacturer faults across our entire range. We will not rush the process now just to chase quick summer sales.
