Shipping
Orders and Dispatch:
- Orders received Monday to Friday before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 15:00 Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received after 15:00 on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
United Kingdom Orders:
- We offer free UK postage for Wristbands, Protect Filters, Horse Patches, and Dog Patches.
- Free UK postage uses “Royal Mail 48” for delivery within 2 to 3 days (business days only).
- You can upgrade at checkout to premium postage using “Royal Mail Tracked 24” for next day delivery (business days only) at £5.99.
- Pastern wraps are charged at £5.99 for “Royal Mail Tracked 48”.
- There is no free delivery option if an order includes pastern wraps.
International orders:
Order from our website if you are in the following countries (dispatched using “Royal Mail International Tracked” at £9.95): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Channel Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates.

Warranty
We set new industry standards with our 6-month hassle-free digital warranty on all wristbands. If you encounter an issue, simply email a copy of your digital warranty to info@theavedge.com when returning the damaged wristband. We also recommend using recycled and recyclable envelopes for returns and choosing eco conscious couriers like Evri. Our commitment to sustainability includes reducing paper waste and partnering with eco conscious logistics providers. Learn more about our digital warranty and sustainability efforts.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14 day Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
To complete your return, we require the original order sheet. We offer exchanges for alternative items, size and or colour.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, we will require your credit/debit card details to process refunds, as these are never stored by us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable/signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The cost of shipping an alternative or replacement item, which is not being returned under the 6-month warranty, is to be paid for by the customer.
