Warranty

We set new industry standards with our 6-month hassle-free digital warranty on all wristbands. If you encounter an issue, simply email a copy of your digital warranty to info@theavedge.com when returning the damaged wristband. We also recommend using recycled and recyclable envelopes for returns and choosing eco conscious couriers like Evri. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

To complete your return, we require the original order sheet. We offer exchanges for alternative items, size and or colour.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, we will require your credit/debit card details to process refunds, as these are never stored by us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. AV Edge EF Technology uses frequencies (not magnets), which means you can wear your wristband loose to allow moisture to dry, helping to avoid sweat rash.

If you prefer a snug fit, ensure you regularly clean your wristband and allow the area to dry.

Do AV Wristbands Contain Magnets?

No, AV Wristbands do not contain magnets. Our discs are made of Mylar, a polyester film commonly used in electronics and photography.

Are AV Wristbands Similar to a Copper Bracelet?

No. The only similarity is that they both go on your wrist! Copper bracelets are believed to work by the absorption of trace amounts of copper through the skin. AV wristbands work by harmonising your natural frequencies.

How Soon Can I Expect to See Results After Using AV Edge Products?

Potential improvements to balance and other performance related benefits are often instant (e.g. performance related benefits that were found during the Dr Mark Bull PhD study). In terms of the health and well-being benefits that others may feel; many of our customers report experiencing benefits such as increased energy, improved sleep quality, and relief from pain and other ailments within the first few days to approximately 4 weeks of use. Yes, our wristbands are designed to be comfortable and durable, making them suitable for all daily activities, including exercise, work, and sleep. They are water-resistant and made to withstand various physical conditions.

Do Watches And Fitness Trackers Affect Our Tech?

Watches and fitness trackers can be used in the same location as our wristbands.

A magnet may damage these watches, but our EF Technology shouldn't. There should be no performance loss with the device, which, unfortunately, emits EMFs directly in the body; however, our EF Technology may help to counteract any potential negative effects from, e.g. may help to replace the depleted ATP to improve the production of energy in the body etc.

You're very welcome to wear our wristband on one arm and your watch on the other arm. It's just personal preference.

Are Wristbands Safe to Wear with a Pacemaker etc?

Our EF Technology is not a magnet and is not magnetic so it should not affect a pacemaker (or other devices within the body); however, we always advise to Consult a doctor/GP: they can read about our EF Technology at "How AV Edge Works", and we can also answer specific questions that they may have.

Are Your Wristbands Safe, and What Materials Do They Contain?

Our wristbands are completely safe. They are crafted from medical-grade silicone, a material that does not contain PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), which are harmful chemicals found in some rubber watch straps. In addition to being PFAS-free, our medical-grade silicone wristbands are also cadmium-free.

How Long Do AV Edge Products Last? How To Check You Discs

The EF Technology discs in our products typically last for approx. 12-months; however, depending on your lifestyle and any ailments and conditions you might need to replace our products more often. Can A Child Wear A Wristband?

Yes, children have worn our wristbands with good success. The same benefits apply for children as well as adults. Our products help to protect us from the potentially negative effects of EMFs (from mobile phones, WiFi, electrical devices etc.) to help our bodies function as nature intended (many of our customers report improved performance, balance, sleep, energy, and relief from aches, pains, and various ailments and conditions...).

An example of the ailments and conditions that our customers report improvements is ADHD and Autism.

We would advise against babies and toddlers because the wristband/embedded discs could be a choking hazard.

What Is The Difference Between Mojo And AV Edge Products?

We're gradually replacing Mojo products with the latest generation AV Edge products with EF Technology discs. The rebrand is something we've been wanting to do for several years now and the development of the new and more powerful EF Technology disc was the perfect time to do so.

Our new AV Edge products are built on the same foundations as Mojo, but we have improved the technology. The older discs (approaching ten years old) in Mojo products were programmed with around 150 frequencies, whereas the new generation AV Edge EF Technology discs are programmed with over 300 frequencies. Plus, we also improved the delivery system whereby the disc interacts with the Energy Field (EF) in a more efficient way, and it worked out perfectly to do the rebrand that we have been wanting to implement for years! Will I Have To Pay Import Duty (For Deliveries Outside The UK)?

If we send products to you outside of the UK then you may have to pay import duty. It's best to check the details before ordering from the UK. We are in the process of setting distributors in different countries. Can I Exchange For A Different Size Or Colour?

Before you send back your product for an exchange, please double check the Size Finder Information on this page (as we have recently made it easier to order our recommended size and you might already have the correct size).

About wristband fit:

  • Our bands do NOT include magnets so they do not need to be worn tight.
  • It’s always best to wear your band a little loose (to allow moisture under the band to dry).
  • The oil from your skin will help to soften the silicone.
  • All of this is considered in our new wristband size chart (inc recommended band size (on every wristband page).
