  • Free UK postage uses “Royal Mail 48” for delivery within 2 to 3 days (business days only).
  • You can upgrade at checkout to premium postage using “Royal Mail Tracked 24” for next day delivery (business days only) at £5.99.
  • Pastern wraps are charged at £5.99 for “Royal Mail Tracked 48”.

Warranty

We set new industry standards with our 6-month hassle-free digital warranty on all wristbands. If you encounter an issue, simply email a copy of your digital warranty to info@theavedge.com when returning the damaged wristband. We also recommend using recycled and recyclable envelopes for returns and choosing eco conscious couriers like Evri. Our commitment to sustainability includes reducing paper waste and partnering with eco conscious logistics providers. Learn more about our digital warranty and sustainability efforts.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

To complete your return, we require the original order sheet. We offer exchanges for alternative items, size and or colour.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, we will require your credit/debit card details to process refunds, as these are never stored by us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable/signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The cost of shipping an alternative or replacement item, which is not being returned under the 6-month warranty, is to be paid for by the customer.

The AV Edge Advanced is currently only available in a 7" band size.

Find Your Size and Style:

AV Edge EF Technology uses frequencies (not magnets), which means you can wear your wristband loose to allow moisture to dry, helping to avoid sweat rash.

If you prefer a snug fit, ensure you regularly clean your wristband and allow the area to dry.

First, measure your wrist using a flexible tape measure, a piece of string and a ruler, or our Wristband Measurement Guide. Then, choose your preferred fit and add the measurement to your wrist size.

Do Watches And Fitness Trackers Affect Our Tech?

Watches and fitness trackers can be used in the same location as our wristbands.

A magnet may damage these watches, but our EF Technology shouldn't. There should be no performance loss with the device, which, unfortunately, emits EMFs directly in the body; however, our EF Technology may help to counteract any potential negative effects from, e.g. may help to replace the depleted ATP to improve the production of energy in the body etc.

You're very welcome to wear our wristband on one arm and your watch on the other arm. It's just personal preference.

If I Wear More Than One AV Wristband Will the Effect Be Even Stronger?

You might think that wearing two AV wristbands will give you double the effect. In fact, our research indicates this is not the case and the increase is only around 8-10%. One AV wristband is all you need!

Are Wristbands Safe to Wear with a Pacemaker etc?

Our EF Technology is not a magnet and is not magnetic so it should not affect a pacemaker (or other devices within the body); however, we always advise to Consult a doctor/GP: they can read about our EF Technology at "How AV Edge Works", and we can also answer specific questions that they may have.

Are Your Wristbands Safe, and What Materials Do They Contain?

Our wristbands are completely safe. They are crafted from medical-grade silicone, a material that does not contain PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), which are harmful chemicals found in some rubber watch straps. In addition to being PFAS-free, our medical-grade silicone wristbands are also cadmium-free.

What Is The Difference Between Mojo And AV Edge Products?

We're gradually replacing Mojo products with the latest generation AV Edge products with EF Technology discs. The rebrand is something we've been wanting to do for several years now and the development of the new and more powerful EF Technology disc was the perfect time to do so.

Our new AV Edge products are built on the same foundations as Mojo, but we have improved the technology. The older discs (approaching ten years old) in Mojo products were programmed with around 150 frequencies, whereas the new generation AV Edge EF Technology discs are programmed with over 300 frequencies. Plus, we also improved the delivery system whereby the disc interacts with the Energy Field (EF) in a more efficient way, and it worked out perfectly to do the rebrand that we have been wanting to implement for years!
