The stiff and swollen joints I have had in both hands in the last 6 months or more have eased. Not back to normal, as I don’t think this will ever happen due to my age and the hard physical work I have done over the years. I feel I’m sleeping better as I experience less throbbing in my hands. I’m an amateur horse rider and I also feel my balance and coordination has improved.

Having suffered with pain in my right hand and wrist for years I thought I'd try the bracelet.
Been wearing it for a few weeks now and there's a definite improvement! My wrist pain is massively reduced and this is the only thing I've changed recently. I do feel calmer and can focus a lot easier than before. Ive just bought one for my partner too so we'll see how he gets on with it.

I've worn this wristband now for several months and have definitely noticed a benefit in terms of the quality of my sleep.

Before joining the AV Edge team, I had really struggled to get back to a pattern of rested sleep. My sleep was particularly affected after losing my father a couple of years ago, and I found it hard to feel truly rested. I started wearing the Legend wristband, and after about five weeks, I noticed a shift. I feel like I get restful sleep again, even on nights when I don't get as many hours as I'd like. It has made such a difference to my daily energy and well-being.

You don't make my size which is Eight and half inch wrist , but you can make any size for dogs and horses.
It's a shame to receive a 2-star review regarding a size option we don't currently stock, rather than about the technology itself - especially since you mentioned in your email how much it has helped you. We really appreciate your support and hope the wristband size we do have available works out well for you in the meantime while you wait for a larger option.

Great product. Suffered with knee pain before using this product, I do seem to recover quicker from strains or pains as well. Have tried a period without the wristband and the pains and strains return. Can’t complement enough.

I was in a lot of pain (I have had spine surgery twice, I have nerve damage, osteoporosis and arthritis) and feeling very depressed. I wondered how I might find some relief, then I read an online reminder to check my wristband and what to look for. I checked - it was out of date. I immediately ordered a replacement which James very kindly sent 1st class. Within 2 weeks my pain was eased, I was also feeling less depressed and could walk a little further. I was told this band would help with the pain in my elbow but after wearing it for weeks there’s been no improvement, a waste of £35 but had to try it

Very stylish and I haven’t taken it off since the Manchester Pro-Am! I’ve seen a small but noticeable difference on club head speed as my distances have gone up slightly too! My sleep is a lot more efficient too, I don’t get much sleep but it’s definitely better quality as I’m waking up with more energy and feel like it’s a deeper sleep.

Club speed wise I’ve not seen any gains as of yet although distance off the tee has improved, which I would imagine is due to better balance creating a more consistent and desirable strike. Haven’t seen the distance gain on irons but certainly woods.

My daughter has autism and we have found her symptoms have reduced with the AV Edge wristband. She also suffers with headaches, tummy pains and travel sickness. Since having the band she has not complained about her tummy or head, and we’ve managed to go on our first holiday to Spain with no travel sickness! Her overall mood and behaviour have also shot up with her low moods now being very rare. Her sleep has improved with no more 1-2 hours laying in bed before she falls asleep.

From using this product my concentration levels on the golf course have been noticeable better. It's a rare feeling to be in control when playing golf however with this product it happens more frequently. I've been using this product for the past 6 months. I know there are various benefits that are claimed by many different manufacturers however with this product I can state my concentration levels have never been better. I'm sure there are other benefits but feeling in control on a golf course is a rare feeling, it happens more often with the AV.
